Yes, paying a bill using Peachy, earning points, and bill negiotiation require an account. You do not need an account to access our resource library.
No, your doctor does not need to be using Peachy. We created Peachy so you can avoid having to use your providers outdated payment portals.
To change your password, use the magic link option for login at https://earlyaccess.peachypatients.com/onboarding. Enter your email address and click the Email Magic Link button. You will be sent a link to login to you account via email. Once logged in, navigate to Account settings using the user menu, on the bottom of the Profile tab you will find an option to change your password. We'll be releasing an update to make this a whole lot easier very soon!
When a bill is successfully paid, you will receive confirmation via email and the payment confirmation (receipt or verbal code) will be uploaded to the bill in Peachy. This information is found by clicking on the specific bill in the My Bills page.
Once you have logged into your account, navigate to Account Settings and select Payment Methods. Select "Add Card", and input the card information. Your card will be available for future payments.The other way to save a card is during the Upload Bill process. On the Payment Method page, select "Add Card," input the card information and then check the "Save card for future bill payments?" box before adding the card.

After you've logged in to your account, you can change your account information by selecting the menu next to your name. Within the menu, navigate to "Account Settings." In Account Settings, you can update your personal information.
On mobile:
If you are using a mobile device, tap the menu bar (the three-lined icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen), and select Upload Bill. On the Upload Bill page, tap the Upload Bill button. Here you can either snap a picture of a bill or upload a bill from your photo album or your files. You can upload a bill in PDF, PNG, or JPG format. Enter the total dollar amount of the bill and select for the practice/provider you are paying. Currently, Peachy currently accepts healthcare bills that up to $1,500. If you have a bill of more than $1500 you’d like to pay using Peachy please reach out to us via Peachy Pal. Tap Continue. Select your preferred method of payment. Tap Continue. Review all bill information. Tap Submit Payment. That’s it! Peachy will take care of the rest.
On desktop:
If you are on a desktop computer, in the navigation, click on Upload Bill. On the Upload Bill page, you can click to upload a bill or drag and drop your bill. You can upload a bill in PDF, PNG, or JPG format. Enter the total dollar amount of the bill and select for the practice/provider you are paying. Yes, you can use Peachy to take a picture and pay for a bill that you received in the mail.
Yes, you can take a screenshot and upload using Peachy to pay for a bill that you received digitally.
If a payment is not accepted by the provider or Peachy is unable to process with the provider, Peachy will refund your payment and you will receive an email notification. You will need to pay the provider directly.
